With a distinguished career spanning business leadership and legal expertise, Rob has built a reputation for strategic thinking, tactical planning, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Rob’s career is defined by his ability to navigate intricate legal and commercial landscapes, providing insightful counsel to companies, senior management, and government officials on domestic and international projects. Recognized for his skill in identifying and mitigating both legal and commercial risks, Rob has consistently earned praise for his ability to collaborate effectively and drive meaningful results.

For nearly a decade before founding Corporate Counsel Advisors, Rob served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for a global business management consultancy, operating across 15 foreign subsidiaries and branch offices. In this role, he managed the company’s global legal functions in over 20 countries, including international business transactions, corporate governance, litigation, risk management, and human resources. As Corporate Secretary, Rob worked directly with the Board of Directors and served as a key liaison for the company’s affiliated entities worldwide.
